Notice Requirement
Tenants must provide at least 60 days’ written notice if still within a lease term. This advance notice allows for a smooth transition and helps avoid potential penalties or lease violations. Please submit your notice via email or through your tenant portal.
Move-Out Checklist
To ensure the property is returned in good condition, please complete the following tasks:
- Clean all rooms thoroughly, including floors, walls, and windows.
- Repair any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Remove all personal belongings and trash from the unit.
- Return all keys, garage openers, and access cards.
- Provide a forwarding address for the return of your security deposit.
Move-Out Inspection
Schedule a move-out inspection with our office at least one week before your departure. During the inspection, we will assess the condition of the unit and identify any necessary repairs or cleaning.
Security Deposit Return
Your security deposit will be returned within 30 days after your move-out date, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid rent. An itemized list of any deductions will be provided.
Utilities and Services
Please contact your utility providers to discontinue services effective on your move-out date. Ensure all final bills are paid to avoid any deductions from your security deposit.
Cleaning Guidelines
A clean unit ensures a smooth move-out inspection. Please pay special attention to:
- Kitchen: Clean appliances, cabinets, and countertops.
- Bathrooms: Sanitize sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Floors: Vacuum carpets and mop hard surfaces.
- Walls: Remove any nails or hooks and touch up paint if necessary.
