Founded in 2014, Zebra Management (a division of Zebra Realty Inc.) started with a simple mission: to provide property owners with a smarter, more attentive management partner. We began by managing our own partners’ investment portfolios, which taught us firsthand what an owner expects and needs. This origin means we truly understand how to think like property owners – we know every decision is about balancing expenses with long-term asset growth. Over the years, we expanded across New York and New Jersey, managing and developing properties in multiple cities and townships. From single-family rentals to large apartment communities, we’ve built expertise at every scale of property management.

What’s with the Zebra? Just as every zebra has unique stripes, every property and owner is unique. We chose the name Zebra to reflect our philosophy of delivering bespoke management services tailored to each client’s needs. There is no one-size-fits-all here – we customize our approach for you, whether that means weekly check-in calls with a first-time duplex owner or detailed quarterly performance reviews for a fund manager with a hundred units. This flexibility and personal touch set us apart.
